Man, if you’re going to shill for a lost cause, do it better than that. This started because an adult in a position of some power developed an extremely bizarre obsession with a young man who never did anything to him or even had contact with him. And then he proceeded to stalk the guy, which balanced adults do not do, and libel him as a racist, militant tyrant in training. 

Shirvell’s head is so bent it’s stunning anyone thinks he can do his job appropriately. He’s got an obsession, one that’s extremely illogical even for what it is by nature, not a reasonable thing to have. 

I could out-lawyer you and I’m just a professional internet smart-ass. Shirvell? Waste your dollars on me! The outcome will be the same but my open scorn for you will still amount to a superior defense than cheap “look over there!” tactics.
